“Positive Energy”

Linda, 68

“What I love most is the atmosphere. I take the Zumba class at my residence, and it is just wonderful. The class is welcoming, positive, and judgment-free. Everyone is having fun, dancing together. I look forward to the class every week.”

“Not Intimidating at All”

Daryle, 75

“I was hesitant because most classes feel overwhelming. I feel super confident participating in these classes and have to admit I even have fun.”

“My Balance Has Improved Significantly"

Alex, 79

“Doing one-on-one training with Ava has significantly improved my balance. We practice every session, and she has taught me with consistency and small tweaks how to balance for at least a minute on each leg.”

“I Have More Energy Than I Used To”

Barbara, 71

‘‘I didn’t realize how stiff I had become until I started moving regularly again. After doing one-on-one training with Ava, I find things such as putting on my shoes, getting in the bath, and even walking to the pool much easier and more comfortable.”

Poem Written From a “Happy Client”

Mike, 79

FIT FOR LIFE

When it comes to your fitness

the experts have found,

If you’re not moving forward

you risk losing ground.

With your age a strong factor

                                            like the outgoing tide,

The term ‘use it .. or lose it’

cannot be denied.

So try walking or jogging

spend some time in the gym,

The results may surprise you

…you’ll be stronger and trim.

And if you’re ever exhausted

let’s be brutally frank,

It’s too early to give up

there’s still gas in the tank!

So as time presses onward

sand sifts through the glass,

You’re fighting the good fight

and making it last.
